Extended Bidding

Paul Bunyan Broadcasting extends the auction end time if a bid is placed in the final 0 seconds prior to the indicated end time. Each time an additional bid is placed, the countdown clock resets. An auction will not close until a full 0 seconds has expired since the last bid was placed.
