Description

Table for 7 is a farm to table, locally sourced restaurant. Our vision is to support local community, farmers, create jobs, and bring you healthy and delicious food that feeds your soul. We believe in sustainability. We use all parts of the animals we purchase. We work with farmers to use what they have available rather than telling them what we want. We cook from scratch in a creative and fun way! It really is about farmers and feeding people the best! Our menu changes with the seasons and is heavily driven by available ingredients. We preserve to get through the winter. This means our menu changes a lot sometimes, you'll always get the freshest and most nutritious ingredients and it will always taste amazing!
Table for 7 participates in Beltrami County's Compost program. We are able to use, recycle, and compost everything but our kitchen gloves and plastic wrap. We have nearly zero waste with all of our practices.
Table for 7 is owned by Amber Lynne (the chef). She has a B.S. in Nutrition from the U of MN. She has been a farmer for 17 years on the Red Barn Family Farm. The name Table for 7 comes from Amber's family of 7 being her biggest supporters and helpers in making her business come true!
