Description

Upon completion of this class, you can apply for your Minnesota Permit to Cary. Will Beise, a Bemidji Police Officer, will educate students with the knowledge to keep them physically, legally, financially, and morally safe. Along with hand gun basics, First City Gunsmithing will teach you what you need to know to keep yourself and family safe while exercising your 2nd Amendment right. Classes can be taken in person or over Zoom.
